The symbol statue commemorating the return of the Northern Territories stands in Bokyonomisaki Park at Cape Nosappu. It was constructed with the strong desire for the return of the northern territories and the “Fire of Prayer” at the base of the statue burns continuously during opening hours of the Hoppokan (Northern Hall).
