Located near Observatory Park this little bakery exudes a simple aura. They use only the finest local ingredients from Hokkaido and Biei and when mixed with natural yeast and given plenty of time to rise the resulting fragrant baked goods truly show off the flavors of the ingredients. All goods are of course additive-free meaning that men and women of all ages can enjoy them without worry. From soft bread loaves and savory breads to crusty bread they offer a wide variety of products. Their sweet buns are very popular.

たっぷりのカスタードクリームが入ってました。小腹が空いたときにいいかもしれません。 1個210円でした。美瑛の道の駅からも近いので自転車でも行けます

サイクリングの途中に見つけました。車が駐車場に入って行ったのでつられて自分も。土曜のごご４時くらいだったと思います、小さな店内はほとんど商品はありませんでした。人気のお店なのでしょう。おやつ代わりにラスクを頂くことに。やや堅めのラスクでした。
テラス席で頂くパニーニは最高

厚切りハムに2種類のチーズをたっぷりと挟み、カリッと香ばしくプレスしたパニーニはとても美味しくお薦めです。評判のライ麦パンは天然酵母の持つ酸味が抑えられ、噛み締める度に良い風味がしっかりと伝わります。つぶあんパンやクリームパンはしっとり感は希薄ですが、素朴で安心感のある味。気取らずに普段使いしやすい、小さなパン工房でした✨
