SORABEN DOJOU SOEN

SORABEN DOJOU SOEN is a specialist bento (boxed lunch) shop located on the Second Floor of the Domestic Terminal Building at New Chitose Airport, which sells a wide range of boxed lunches featuring Hokkaido’s seafood and mountain delicacies. Ishikari Sushi, which contains crabmeat and salmon flakes, has been a longstanding best-seller at New Chitose Airport and before that at the adjacent Chitose Airport for over 40 years. There is an impressive range of other boxed lunch types that can only be purchased here, including “Four Colors Bento,” which contains “Ruibe” pickled salmon (a popular Hokkaido specialty), sea urchin, crab and salmon roe, as well as Buta Don (rice topped with pork and vegetables), Beef Bento, etc. Soraben Soen is open until 20:30.
