"This park was established in 2005 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jozankei Onsen's founder, Jozan Shugen Monk Miizumi Jozan, and includes a ""Ontama no Yu"" where you can make onsen egg, a statue of Miizumi Jozan, and a footbath. You can also enjoy the hot spring water while strolling among the broadleaf trees."

足湯あり、温泉卵作れる場所あり

定山渓温泉を開拓した美泉定山の像のある広場です。こちらには足湯があり何人かの人が足をつけてました。また小さな美泉の滝もありこちらで温泉卵を作ることができます。すぐ近くのお土産物屋さんで生卵を購入できるので興味のある方は温泉卵を作って食されてはと思います。

国道から定山渓の温泉街の中心部に向かって下り坂を進むと、豊平川に架かる月見橋があります。その橋の右手前に古風なたたずまいの門がありました。この門は、定山源泉公園の入り口でした。豊平川のせせらぎの音が聞こえる定山源泉公園には、定山渓温泉を拓いた美泉定山の像が立っています。そのほかにも、木々が豊かな公園内には、足湯があったり、温泉の熱で温泉たまごを作ることができる「おんたまの湯」もありました。温...
