There’s a wide variety of sea produce on display such as red king crab, horsehair crab, sea urchin, and Okhotsk atka mackerel. The quality of the crab is particularly good. The original salmon roe marinade, which received a Japan Souvenir Academy Award, has become popular as a classic Hokkaido gift.
