Yaki Dango Gingetsu is a well-established Japanese confectionery shop in Yunokawa Hot Spring Resort in Hakodate City, Hokkaido. Since its founding in 1966, it has continued to be loved by local residents as a good place for some tea and cake. Its most well-known product, skewered dumplings, features a stretchy texture made with the Hokkaido rice. As well as their classic soy sauce, bean paste and sesame flavors, other seasonal flavors are also popular. They sell other Japanese confections such as dorayaki (а red-bean pancake) and daifuku (a small round mochi stuffed with sweet filling) which are great as souvenirs.

湯の川の電車通りに面した老舗の和菓子店です。和菓子店ではありますが、有名なのは「焼き団子」です。焼き団子となっていますが、くし団子です。あんこ、醤油の両方を買いましたが、餡子、醤油だれともたっぷりかかっていて、とても美味しかったです。店内は、とても狭いですが、二人掛け位の椅子が置いてあり、店内飲食も出来ることはできますが、宿泊しているのであれば、ホテルに持って帰って食べるのが良いと思います。観光客...
