大沼公園を1周時にもっとも惹かれたので入店。テラス席と店内席がある、店内はやや狭く暗い印象。美味しいがこの価格帯のビフテキなら都内でも珍しくないので普通評価。基本はビフテキのお店なので、中グレードのセットを注文。たまたまなのか焼き加減は聞かれず、レアが提供された。おそらく、自分で焼き加減を調整するようだ。レアの状態だと肉の弾力が高すぎて食べづらい。少し焼きを入れるとバランスが取れてくる。味付けは...

たまたま、平日仕事で近くに行ったついでに寄ったら入店できました。大沼牛のステーキはクドイ味ではなく赤身がとても美味しい肉で非常に満足です。焼き加減も絶妙、下手なステーキ店にはもう二度と行けなくなってしまいました。

閉店前でもクローズする可能性あり！夕食はお早めに！！サーロインとリブを頂きました。硬すぎず、旨味あり美味しい。サイドは個人的に牛乳とパンがおススメ(^。^)びっくりする美味しさだったのは人参‼️感動的に甘かったです。
