Baikohken (New Chitose Airport Branch)
New Chitose Airport Branch of the famous ramen restaurant, Baikohken, on the third floor of the domestic terminal, chosen as Asahikawa Ramen's Best Store. They're widely regarded for their Asahikawa soy sauce ramen, which uses a thick broth made with pork, chicken, dried anchovy and kelp. Their noodles are handmade with medium thickness that curls nicely in the broth. Their side menu includes Supreme Cheese Dumplings which use three kinds of cheese and are popular among women.
