Tomita Melon House is a specialty shop located deep in the countryside in Nakafurano Town, Sorachi County, Hokkaido. They have a melon sweets shop where you can taste a variety of sweets which use both dark and light Furano melons and in addition to melons, they have a shop where you can buy and send vegetables from Furano. In the sweets shop freshly sliced melon, soft ice cream, and Furano melon buns which are also well known at product fairs around the country, are all very popular. You can enjoy the wonderful Furano scenery to your heart’s content from the spacious wood deck.

Nice sweet melon, you get a good range of ice-cream, cakes and sweets made from these Melon...however, kind of pricey..

This place is more for food and melons rather than as an attraction for sightseeing.It is located next to the Farm Tomita, but bear in mind that food bought here cannot be brought over and consumed...

One of my favourite place for melon. A place not to be missed. Still one of the best melon in Hokkaido. The cafe and bakery sells very good melon pastry ans the burger is good too.
