Sushi-dokoro Hiroki

This sushi restaurant is located on the second floor of the Mystays Goryokaku Hotel, ten minutes by car from Hakodate Station, or a one-minute walk from Goryokaku Koen-mae tram stop. The restaurant specializes in tuna, Japanese sake, shochu liquor and awamori Okinawan liquor. Salt is sometimes used instead of soy to enhance the natural taste of the sushi toppings. In addition to the carefully selected ten sushi of seafood, seasonal ingredients are used abundantly, as the name 'Seasonal flavors Hiroki' suggests. A variety of abalone cuisine is also available. This is the only place in Hokkaido where you can enjoy Japanese brewed draft beer.
