This sweets shop is located inside the Mizunouta forest and lake resort spa, which promotes healing through the power of water. The bright shop, which uses the color white as a keynote, has very high-quality sweets made with many ingredients produced in Hokkaido. The shop's most popular sweet is called Tarumaeyama Shu, and is made in the image of Mt. Tarumae's lava dome. It is a luxurious gem of a sweet with a crispy outer and an abundance of custard cream in the center. Additionally, because the sweets, including the roll cakes, puddings and madeleines are all available for take-out, customers can enjoy them either on the wood deck or on the move.

鶴雅リゾート水の詩に併設されているスイーツ店。支笏湖温泉街には唯一？のスイーツ店です。シュークリームが美味しいと評判のようですが、ショーケースに並ぶケーキを見てラズベリージャムのケーキを購入。甘さ控えめで良く計算された上品なお味でした。

おしゃれな店構えです。種類は少ないけどおいしいのがあります。早めに行った方がいいのかな。外国人が多くて品切れになるので。シュークリームはクリームがレモン風味でさっぱり。

ホテルのバイキングで食べたカヌレが今まで食べたことのないくらい美味しかったので購入しました。クッキーも一緒に購入しました。スイーツにこだわりがあるようで、どれも美味しそうかつ、食べたものは全て美味しかったです！
