This outdoor activity center is located approximately one hour from Obihiro City. It has a paddle-shaped sign posted along Tokachi River. Visitors can enjoy rafting, Canadian canoeing, trekking and lake smelt fishing here. TOM's Tokachi River rafting is one of its best experience menus, which allows visitors to experience the great outdoors of Hokkaido. Visitors can challenge the roughly 2.5 kilometer course twice, as they travel through nature, surrounded by natural forest. Rafting over the large rocks and powerful waves is very popular with everyone from children to adults, and in the fall, visitors can also enjoy the vivid colors of the autumn leaves.
