This is definitely a must try in Otaru. It is near the Otaru canal and very accessible from our hotel. Tried the classic milk soft serve and it didnt disappoint. Probably one of the best Ive ever...

Signature fatty milk favor from Japan. Didnt need to wait for a long time on my visit perhaps due to the heavy snow. Very close to the canal so its easy to stop by!
