The restaurant's counter at the very back of Roman Yokocho makes sushi using seasonal seafood. The restaurant is popular due to the owner's recommended Saika sushi. The restaurant's ten variations of sushi are carefully made with fresh seafood from Hokkaido, such as sea urchin, Botan shrimp, red caviar and salmon. The restaurant also has an attractive variety of additional menu items, including seafood chawan-mushi and shirako ponzu, as well as a menu full of unusual items such as a three-choice rice bowl, Ikagoro Ruibe and salted sweet shrimp. The restaurant also has a weekday lunch menu that is limited to 20 items.
