立派な学習施設でした。

観光バスノサップ号で訪問しました。すごく立派な施設です。最初に15分くらいの説明映画を見て館内を自由見学。２階には江戸時代の木造船の模型もあります。ロシアとの文化交流の機会もあるようで、きれいな部屋もありました。北方領土のことがよくわかります。

北方領土の基本的なことが、学べます。そこに住むロシア人のことも記してますが、そこは、複雑な気持ちです。
北方四島について学ぶことができます

ロシアの文化を体験できるロシア文化ルームというものがありますが、自国の領土を奪った国の文化を学ぶとは言語道断だと個人的に思いました。悪い施設ではありませんよ。
