A welfare center used as a place where all city residents, from children with disabilities to senior citizens, can meet and gather; and as a base of activities for local organizations and volunteer groups supporting welfare in the area. The center's hot spring bathhouse is a simple indoor bath area with a sauna but is popular because of how easy it is to use. A community space for people living in the area, there's a children's center on the second floor and a volunteer and city resident activity center on the third. Visitors are free to bring their own food and drink into the center's rest area, and here you can relax and enjoy a snack after a hot bath.

上諏訪温泉の日帰り入浴の中で、最安値かと思います。お湯は緑がかっていて、地元でも泉質がよいと言われている地区のお湯です。湯船はちょっとあつめかもしれません。赤ちゃん連れで入りましたが、都会の温泉のように、疎まれることはありませんでした。

受付券売機でチケット購入。貴重品は入り口の専用コインリターン式ロッカーに入れるといいらしい。脱衣所にもコインリターン式ロッカーある。ティサーヒスのお年寄りも入浴するので違和感のある方は遠慮した方が良いかも。気にしないなら３００円のお得料金温泉、サウナも楽しめる。無料休憩室にはテレビ、新聞。ジュース販売機。売店ではカップ麺。お菓子が買える。お湯は、少し硫黄臭のあるとろみあるお湯。すこし...
