Omiyage-dokoro Kitamura

A souvenir and gift shop located on the first floor of the Pareos building in front of Ueda Station a one-minute walk from JR Ueda Station. The shop carries merchandise bearing the Sanada clan's Rokumonsen family crest, popular Ueda confections, Japanese pickles, and local liquors. The shop's original Sanada Saemonnosuke Nobushige is a tokubetsu junmai nama genshu undiluted, refined sake crafted with Miyamanishiki sake rice grown in Nagao Prefecture and Kokuyo no Mizu spring water. This sake is sold by volume from a two meter tall, 1.2 meter in diameter on-site tank. The shop also carries an abundant selection of Nagano's famous oyaki buns and soba noodles.
