Mannenya Daimyo-cho Shop
"A one-minute walk from Matsumoto Castle. Located a short distance south of Matsumoto Castle along Daimyocho-dori Street, this long-standing miso branch shop's company was established in 1832. A convenient place to drop by and pick up a few souvenirs after going sightseeing in the area, the shop's stylish atmosphere makes it easy to enter. The shop sells Nagano miso and pickles made by the company as well as popular Nagano confections and crafts made in Matsumoto. Particularly recommended is the Hourei miso made according to a traditional method called ""miso-dama-zukuri."" The shop is a fun destination where you can find a variety of famous Matsumoto specialty products gathered under one roof."
