This jam shop is situated in the center of Oyu-dori Street in the heart of the hot spring district. The shop produces and sells jams and juices produced with fruit just at the time it is at its tastiest, as well as gelato and cakes made with an abundance of the same. The shop's strawberry jam, known as the ""king of jams"" to some, is a preserve-style jam filled with whole strawberries, offering up a mild sweet and tart fragrance and a chewy, forward texture."
