Hakusan Sabo Science Museum
This science museum introduces the history of erosion control projects in Mt. Hakusan as well as the abundant plant- and wildlife found in the area. The museum also serves as an information center and disaster preventing base in the event of a disaster. The museum also has a mountain climbing simulator and a realistic, 1/2 scale model of Hyakumangan no Iwa Rock, a testament to the force of a flood in 1934.
