- この記念館は盛岡や花巻にあるのと違い、新渡戸稲造が作った記念館と言っても良いと思います。地域の子ども達に郷土の歴史を伝える為、新渡戸家が十和田の基盤を作った事を伝えるための記念館です。その記念館を壊そうとする動きがあるようですが、今はボランティアが平日管理して入館可能です。入館料ではなく寄付金を収めてください。二階にはイサム・ノグチが新渡戸稲造に贈った作品もあり、二人の関係を聞いて感動しまし...
