"This historical mochi shop was established as a rice shop in the closing years of the Edo period, and it has been run as a mochi shop since the third generation. In addition to offerings and rectangular kirimochi, they have ""shiha mochi"" and ""mochi shabu"" that has not changed since the Edo period, as well as a wide variety of daifuku rice cakes lined up. Shiha mochi is made by kneading together high-quality flour and red bean paste, and then the mochi carefully made with a stamp mill and mallet is served in three types: red bean paste, white bean paste, and sesame seed."

江戸時代からの手法そのままに、上新粉とあんを練り合せた四半餅を一度味わってみたく訪ねました。５枚入りが５００円でした。バラ売りも可能なようです。お餅としては、思った以上に、あんが練りこまれているので、江戸時代、日本茶に合う茶菓子として貴重な存在だったのではないかとおもいました。ただ、茶菓子とすれば、思った以上に、餅々もしているので、一度に５枚は食べられません。ばら売りで、歴史ある四半餅、楽しん...
寺山が懐かしい、お餅屋です。

中町こみせ通りに戻り雪の降る中をUターンしていわしのこみせ方面を見ると、手前に寺山餅店の文字が見えた。寺山は主人の実家の地名なので懐かしく写真を撮った。お餅屋のようです。寺山餅店の道路前は津軽こみせ駅の土産店です。皆んな入って行きました。
実家の住所と同じ名前が懐かしかった

黒石の観光で中町こみせ通りを散策しました。中村亀吉酒造から道路向こうの家を見ると、寺山餅店とあった。僕の実家があるのが岡山の寺山なので、寺山餅店は懐かしい。鉄筋なので昔の家ではないですが。こちらに渡ったので雪の中を又渡って行く気はおきなかった。
