This area is believed to be the birthplace of boy's baseball in Japan and the sport still flourishes here today; in turn, this museum contains exhibits on professional and amateur baseball in Japan and around the world. The museum also has a library and theater room and additionally serves as a multipurpose hall.

大仙市にある施設、かみおか嶽雄館。日帰り温泉があり、宿泊もできるようになっていました。駐車場が広く温泉も４００円と格安でした。
空港から大曲に向かう途中に

駐車場も広いです。地元の温泉銭湯にレストラン、宿泊、展示場など。大浴場、サウナ、露天風呂、寝湯など洗い場も広く満喫できました。400円は安いです。26日（フロの日）は更に安いようです。また、利用したいです。
嶽の湯

こちらの施設のひとつの嶽の湯を利用しました。400円と安めの温泉です。やや白濁して、若干のヌメりがあるお湯でした。施設は古めで、広くもないですが、人も少なくゆったりできました。露天も小ぶりながら、風情があって良かったです。ジェットバス、寝湯、サウナ、水風呂あり。リンスインシャンプー、ボディソープあり。タオルセット200円です。
