"This French restaurant is located in the Nakahara area of Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City. The restaurant's menu boasts dishes using ingredients such as ""Koshu Wine Beef,"" ""Koshu Wine Pork,"" wild game from Yamanashi prefecture, chemical-free vegetables grown in their own, and wild mushrooms. On top of their lunch and dinner sets (reservation required), they run a self-service garden cafe from 2p.m. to 5p.m. (closed in winter and on rainy days). 我來甲州，是為了品嚐當地的食物和紅酒。餐廳的環境十分大自然，因為餐廳就在山的中間，四面玻璃窗，看出外面是冬天的美景。餸菜方面，用料是餐廳主廚，在外面打獵和採摘耕種的，材料不但新鮮，很地道，人有當地特色。手方法也不錯。我點的餐，是普通的午餐，有頭盆、湯、主菜、甜品、還有咖啡。餐酒也有幾種選擇，你當地的酒。與食物配搭恰當，不妨一試。

ご夫婦で切り盛りされている山の中の一軒家レストラン。大変努力されているのは分かるのですが、残念ながら、これと言って魅力となるポイントがない、と言うのが正直な感想です。ホールのサービス全般を担当されている奥様は、素人が頑張っている、と言う域を脱しておらず、もう少し頑張られたらよいのにな、と思います。シェフのご主人様は、もっと思いきり作りたいものを作られた方がむしろいいのではと思いました。「商品...
