Maiko and Oiran Experience Kokoro Hanashizuku
"Located in Miyagawa-cho, one of Kyoto's ""Hanamachi"" geisha districts, this shop lets you dress up as a maiko or oiran. To create even more authenticity in the experience, the shop is a renovated Kyoto machiya, once frequented by true maiko. The shop still preserves the original machiya aesthetic, with the aura of the Hanamachi filling every space. They have a variety of plans, including a basic studio photography session, guided walking tour, riksha rides in maiko outfit, and more. The chance to try on some new and luxurious clothing for a whole new you in oiran (courtesan) experience course is also popular"
