This workshop for traditional Nanbu ironware is located in Minamiodori 1-Chome, Morioka City. Serving as a casting maker for the Nanbu clan for generations, it has been producing Nanbu ironware for 15 generations. In addition to tea pots, iron kettles and bottles used to warm sake, it also sells other small items such as saucers.

    かつては十三代目が南部鉄器の人間国宝で、現在は十五代目です。その十五代目の息子さんが丁寧に説明してくれました。とくに錆させない使用方法について、他のお店とは異なる説明でとても納得しました。また茶道具ですが可愛らしいデザインのものが多く、十五代目が女性だからでしょうか。他店の大量生産品とは異なり、完全受注生産とのこと。一つ一つが手作りです。そのため、納品まで一年くらいかかり、価格もややお高いです...
