It brews the famous Asabiraki sake brand using traditional handmade processes and modern processes using the latest equipment. In addition to conducting free tours of the sake brewing process, the local sake product shop offers free tastings, and sells limited edition sake, delicacies and drinking vessels.

工場見学はせず、お店を見に行きました。日本酒の試飲が出来たり、日本酒だけでなく日本酒を使ったケーキなど色々な品物がありました。ちょうどテレビの撮影が来ていて人気のあるお店なのだと思いました。

15分ほどの工場見学の後は、日本酒の試飲とお買い物といった定番コース。見学は建物の4階まで上がりますので、階段が苦手な方は試飲しながら待つのがいいかもしれませんね。金賞受賞酒はカウンターで一杯300円です。
