About 10 minutes from Hanamaki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, this is a day use hot spring bathhouse next to Sobabo Kamiya. As there's plenty of hot spring water flowing freely from the source, they change the water in the baths that way every day after closing rather than circulating it. The water type is hypotonic, weakly alkaline, and high temperature. It's said to be effective for nerve pain, muscle soreness, chronic digestive diseases, sensitivity to cold, women’s diseases, chronic skin diseases, diabetes, etc. The hot spring bathhouse is popular with locals and tourists alike.

あちこちお休みで、ある旅行会社のサイトで台温泉2位の人気のお風呂に行きました。人手が少ないのか券を買って箱に入れます。それは別に問題ありません。問題はお風呂場に入った瞬間、床がぬるっと滑って転びかけた事。湯船に入る時も手すりなど無いため、滑る床から浴槽に入る時はどこにも掴まれません。高齢の母を連れて行かなくて幸いでした。後から主人に聞くと男風呂も滑ったそうで、足の悪い主人は早々に出て来てい...

本当は鉛温泉方面に行きたかった。バスを乗り間違えて、台温泉方面に来てしまいました。日曜日の午後、誰もいない。温泉に入ると、一人二人いるだけ。バスを乗り間違ったけれど、結果オーライ。ゆったり寛げました。

台温泉にある日帰り入浴施設。かなり大きな施設で、駐車場も建物前に広くとられています。午前6時から午後10時まで、年中無休で500円。高温の温泉がかけ流しされています。地元の方でにぎわっていました。
