Futatsujima Island
These islands are a pair of islands off the coast of Isohara-cho, Kitaibaraki City. The northern island is visible at all times, while the southern island is visible only at low tide. In addition to Isohara-Futatsujima Swimming Beach, where visitors can enjoy swimming with a view of the islands, there are two lodging facilities, the Futatsujima Kanko Hotel and the Isohara Seaside Hotel, located next to each other on the mainland. The islands are illuminated at night.
