"A historical building in the Ichinoseki Tameike Water Park in Sugaya, Naka City. Built in 1862, the thatched-roof traditional house was transferred from another city location and rebuilt on the grounds of the park. Visitors can see its ""magari-ya,"" an architectural feature that connected houses, stables, and storehouses in Tohoku and parts of northern Kanto."

市役所向いの一の関ため池親水公園内に移設復元された茅葺屋根の施設。駐車場も数台確保されています。入館料無料。日本昔話的ほのぼのした雰囲気を醸し出しています。余程のへそ曲がり、つむじ曲がりでなければ十分楽しめます。
住居と馬小屋

町内に残っていた江戸末期造の最後の曲がり屋の茅葺屋根を解体し、一の関ため池親水公園内へ移設保存されています。曲がり屋とは、住居と馬小屋、物置が一体となった東北地方、および茨城県の一部にもみられる、寒さの厳しい地方の代表的な民家形式です。
素敵な建物です。
