市街地中心部からは３キロほど離れた郊外にありました。自家用車の利用ならば、土浦駅東口からの高架式自動車専用道路の利用で、途中の信号が１か所のみで到達できるので便利です。最近では、施設の北西入り口側にドライブスルーでの購入品受け取り場所も設置されたので、自家用車利用客はますます便利になったと思います。

我香港的家樓下就有一個AEON MALL店。而這一家基本上和我家樓下的一定十分接近。賣的東西也差不多，不算十分特別的。

食品売場も専門店街も広くて品揃えも豊富です。食品売場ではオリジン弁当が入っていてよく利用します。食事が出来るお店も多数あってまだ行けていないお店が多くですが、二店舗ある中華は数回行きました。飲茶もあって楽しめました。
