老舗の和菓子屋です。看板メニューのモナカは、甘すぎない餡で粒餡でもないく、こし餡でもない粒こし餡と言う感じです。なめらかで食べごたえのある餡がモナカにたっぷりはいっています。お土産に最高です。

昔も今も変わらない銘菓［柴田のモナカ］は最高です。甘さがしつこくないので、甘党でない人でも柴田モナカだけは.....と言って食べる人が沢山います。時間ない時も、素早く対応して頂けるので助かります。
