Kosenjo Park
Located approximately a three-minute walk from the Tobu Kyuryo Line's (Linimo) Nagakute Kosenjo Station, this historical park was the site of the Battle of Komaki and Nagakute. As the site of the decisive final battle between Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu, it contains an open air park designed to mimic an ancient battlefield using the Sakkien method; Toyotomi Hideyoshi's burial stone and more. It was listed as one of the 100 Best Historical Parks in Japan, and plays host to the Nagakute Kosenba cherry blossom festival at the beginning of April every year.
