This museum adjacent to Meiji University with a more than 100-year history is a five-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. It was built for the purpose of publishing academic research results and offering study for users based on the architectural spirit. It has longest history as a private university museum in Japan, and it is divided into three departments: the Commodity Department in the School of Commerce, the Criminal Materials Department in the School of Law, and the Archeological Department in the School of Arts and Letters. With has more than 100,000 visitors annually, the museum holds about 3000 permanent exhibits as well as various theme exhibitions randomly.

こちらは、お茶ノ水駅より徒歩3分程度、明治大学のアカデミーコモンという建物の地下にある博物館です。（隣に阿久悠記念館もあり、いずれも無料で見学できます）大きくは、大学史展示室・商品部門・刑事部門・考古部門で、どれも興味深かったです。
