Honkouji Temple

This temple is located at Ono-machi3-Chome Ichikawa City. It was erected by Saint Nichiin in 1361. Today, services are performed for the restful repose of the deceased, deceased pets, dolls, and various other prayer vigils. It also hosts training experiences, and dating services and temple cinema events. A shrine for Ono Temmangu is also on the temple grounds that also enshrines SugawaraMichizane and Kato Kiyomasa.

見どころが凝縮された境内でした

JR武蔵野線の市川大野駅近くにあるお寺です。境内は広くないですが、見るべきものが多く、見どころが凝縮されていると感じました。一番ユニークに感じたのが「縁切りダーツ」で、作法が記されているのが面白かったです。

市川大野駅から歩いて5分位のところにあります。境内はそれほど広くはありませんが、入口も開放的で入りやすいと思います。新しいものを取り入れよう・・・という感じが伝わるお寺です。知り合いが「はひふへ本光寺」というキャッチフレーズで有名だと教えてくれました。

願いがまだ効かない。月日がかかるそうです。駅周辺の古そうな店の方々にこの寺の事を聞いたら、昔から夜は不気味で近寄らない。祈祷している事を知らなかった。だそう。心配。
