Otodome Falls

This waterfall is situated in Kamiide, Fujinomiya City. Named Otodome, (stopped sound), after the legend from Kamakura period when the brothers Soga-no-Jurosukenari and Gorotokimune were plotting a retaliation, it is said that the sound of the falls completely ceased. Nearby isthe Shiraito Falls, designated as a National Scenic Beauty site, and a Natural Monument.
