太平洋に面した美しい海

桜島から都井岬に到る国道は220号線と448号線が重なる部分、やがて恋ヶ浦サーフポイントの先で土砂崩れとかで不通となる。この辺りはまだ志布志湾沿いの美しい海岸線。うらやましい。波も南海トラフの影響も少なそう。
古めかしい遊園地

鹿児島に行ったときに、この遊園地の近くを通りましたので、少しですが、外から眺めてみました。全国の遊園地が経営的に苦境にある中、よく生き残っていると思います。でも、地元の方で、小さな子供がいる家族は、これくらいがちょうどいいのでは。

遊園地もですが、近隣には海水浴場もあります。駐車場もあり、比較的便利です。夏は出店もあります。シャワーはいつでも使えます。
