Furusawa Sake Brewery Museum

This venerable sake brewery museum is in a building where sake was brewed until 1983, and is free to enter. It displays sake brewing equipment like Sawa-style rice polishers (jointly developed by the founder), the koji room for koji making, and large wooden vessels. They also have a tasting corner where guests can try various Furusawa Shuzo sakes.
