夏場はウォータースライダーのプールもあります。健康に特化した施設で、一日中楽しめる、健康に最適な時間が過ごせます。
プールとお風呂

お風呂に電気風呂があり腰痛肩こりによさそう。内風呂も広くてサウナも広いです。ゆっくり入った後に、隣接のスーパーで買い物をしました。履物を脱いで入る珍しいスーパー。大きな柿を買いましたが甘くて美味しかったです。

ダイエットのためプールで泳ぎに行きました。プールと温泉で800円くらいとお得です。平日だからか、プールのお客さんはほぼ高齢者でした。流れるプールやスライダーもありましたが、オムツの外れていない子は小さな子ども用プール以外入れないようです。子どもを連れてきてもあまり遊べないなぁと思いました。館内があれするな、これするなという注意書きだらけでなんだか息苦しい感じでした。売店の野菜と果...
