A auto campground situated on the bank of Lake Takkobu. The campground has open tent sites and vehicle sites; the tent sites have a view of the lake. The campground is replete with a shop, shower room, toilets, and other basic facilities. Visitors can also enjoy camping in comfort by renting one of the campground's lodges replete with electricity and running water. In addition, the campground rents bicycles and canoes for customers to take in the natural beauty of Lake Takkobu. There are also walking paths which can be used to reach the heart of the area's wetlands.

釧路湿原の東側の端に３つの湖が点在していますが、そのうち最も南側に位置しているのが達古武湖という湖です。この湖の北岸に、達古武オートキャンプ場はあります。近くに温泉施設はありませんが、管理棟にはシャワールームもあり、大きめのしっかりしたロッジと、オートキャンプサイトに加え、フリーサイトもあります。私たちは今回フリーサイトを利用しましたが、サイトのすぐそばにも駐車場があるので、ほぼオートキャンプで...

オートサイトは広くて余裕があり、窮屈な感じはしない。設備は整っているが過剰ではなく、キャンプらしさを楽しむことができる。なにより安いのがいい。
