Situated along National Route 441 near Ohanahan Street in Ozu City, Ehime Prefecture, this tourism facility was established to serve as a base for visiting tourists. The facility has a shop corner where you can buy popular local specialty products, an Ozu tourist information desk which sells tickets for Garyu Sanso Villa and Ozu Castle and takes tickets for cormorant fishing, and the second location of robatayaki grill restaurant Aburaya. Visitors can also hire a guide to accompany them and receive information on the local historic townscape and Garyu Sanso Villa not available in informational pamphlets.

大洲城を巡る循環バス停があり、伊予大洲駅⇔大洲城を結ぶ中継地点で休憩所や食事、土産物も販売している。近くにかき氷のおいしい店もある。
