This bathhouse, located a five-minute drive from Miyoshi Station, is one of the largest in Kumamoto Prefecture. The bathhouse has 13 special baths supplied by a sodium chloride hydrogen carbonate spring whose waters are said to beautify the skin. These waters are also said to keep the body warm long after one's bath and treat nerve pain and women's diseases, making them highly popular with women. Other facilities include an indoor heated pool open year round, a pottery studio with ceramics arts classes, a restaurant, and a 182 square meter rest lounge, and customers can relax in the bathhouse' vast confines. The bathhouse' local specialty products market sells fresh, locally grown vegetables.

ちょうど訪れた日が20日で200円で温泉にはいることができました。靴のロッカーは100円で後で返金でしたが、更衣室のものは10円で返金なしでした。ジャクジーが足裏のマッサージができるのが気持ちよかったです。露天風呂もありました。秋で涼しくなっていたので水風呂はやめておきました。風呂上がりに炭酸水を凍らせた氷を300円で売っていたので帰りの車の中で口にしました。意外にいけるものでした。

施設名に「合志市総合健康センター」と記されており、温泉施設の他にプールやジムも併設。レストラン、まんが図書館、無料休憩室もあります。泉質は「ナトリウム塩化物炭酸水素塩泉」で無色透明。匂いもなく、単純泉に近い感じですが、塩分を含むので殺菌作用があるそうです。大浴場はとても広く、特に内風呂は広い。メインの浴槽に電気風呂や寝湯も設置されています。ドライサウナも広く、打たせ湯やスチームサウナもありま...
