I visited this restaurant with a group. While it is probably best known for its wanko soba (soba served in small bowls--with the challenge to eat as many as you can), and that looked pretty tasty...

We eat “wanko-soba”. We did it another restaurant several years ago, and here is more delicious!! We went there no reservations, but we did it because of Monday noon. If you will go there weekend...
出汁がいいです。

甘すぎもせず、辛すぎもせず、薄くもなく、濃くもなく。おいしいお出汁でした。この店には始めて来ましたが、とても気に入りました。天ぷらそばを頼みましたが、えびもいいものを使っていると、食べた瞬間に思えました。値段は高めですが、それに見合う味で、満足しました。
