The restaurant, which is attached to the museum, offers a menu featuring locally produced and seasonal foods while enjoying a view of the Maruyama River.

料金は８００円、１階では玄武洞・山陰海岸ジオパーク関係の展示物が掲示。恐竜の骨格もあったり、石に菊の花のような模様の菊花石があったりして。２階には鉱石や鉱物、宝石などの展示されていた。人間の性だろうか、宝石に目が行ってしまうのは私だけだろうか？

綺麗で眺めも良かった。玄武洞の目の前です。川が流れており、涼やかな風も吹いてきます。料理は少し高めかもしれませんが、お洒落な外の席もあり、ゆっくり過ごせました。
鉱物や化石の展示がとても楽しいミュージアムです!(^^)!

玄武洞ミュージアムは、2018年3月24日にリニューアルオープンしました。館内は、とても明るく、鉱物や化石等がとてもわかりやすいように展示されています。光る鉱石の展示も目を引きます。ティラノサウルス骨格見本の口に何故かカボチャが、更に、右手に紅葉が！！スタッフの遊び心に思わず笑みを浮かべます。とても楽しいひとときでした。
