A museum dedicated to drift ice located in Okhotsku-Monbetsu Roadside Station, situated along Prefectural Route 304 in Motomonbetsu, Mombetsu City. The museum contains exhibits on how floe ice is formed. There's also a giant screen playing videos of the natural beauty of the Okhotsk area, and a room where you can experience what minus 20 degrees below zero Celsius feels like.
