A Japanese restaurant which serves shabu-shabu made with Berkshire pork and Japanese black beef raised in Kagoshima. The establishment is located a five-minute walk from Tenmonkandori Station on the Kagoshima City Tram. The restaurant offers all-you-can-eat vegetables, Berkshire pork, and Japanese black beef, as well as a variety of tasty dipping sauces. Particularly recommended is the “Hiden no Kurobuta Soup-nabe,” a Berkshire pork shabu-shabu hotpot dish exclusive to the Kagoshima location which comes with shredded Welsh onions and a secret recipe broth. Dipping the thin slices of Berkshire pork after cooking them in the provided shabu-shabu pot makes them tender and gives them a light, delightful taste which will make you want to take bite after bite. In spite of being an all-you-can-eat style restaurant, the establishment is replete with private seating, ensuring you can enjoy your meal without being bothered by those around you.

黒豚が美味

名物は黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶで、きめ細かい肉質で柔らかく甘みがあり、薄いお肉なのでいくらでも食べられました。コースを頂きましたが、お造りや天ぷらも美味でした。全席個室を完備しているので、ゆっくり落ち着いてくつろげました。
煙草臭い。今回は座敷掘りテーブル利用。

今回は座敷利用。隣の煙が入るような構造で分煙担っていないので、お子さま連れはテーブルを利用した方がいいと思います。8500円で黒毛和牛ロースと豚の食べ放題、一皿目と二皿目も同じ品質で美味しいです。鹿児島なので日本酒は無しと同じメニューです。追加オーダーも早くサービスもいいです。プラス1000円してカニしゃぶだと１人足3本つきます。

東京から観光で来ましたが、黒豚と和牛の食べ放題飲み放題コースで、一人5000円で済むというのは、奇跡ですね。この味でこの値段は、東京では不可能。男性のホールスタッフはかなり手際が良く、飲み物オーダーしたら早い時は1分以内で持って来ました。お肉の追加のオーダーも、さっさと持って来ます。街の中心部にあり、ホテルから歩いて行ける距離なのも便利でした。また行きたい。
