A ramen restaurant which is dedicated to using Ibusuki ingredients. The establishment is notable for its stylish green and black café-like décor. This popular restaurant was also selected number one by popular vote in the Third Kagoshima Ramen King Tournament. The restaurant’s signature “Katsubushi Ramen” is topped with a mountain of high grade honkare katsuobushi (dried-bonito shavings) along with a custard-like “hot spring” soft boiled egg, natto, and cloud ear mushrooms. The “Kaimondake Ramen” is made with an abundance of Berkshire pork meat miso.

少し強気な値段かな？普通に美味しいです。が、鰹節が強くて鰹節の味しかしない…トンコツいるかな？(笑)店の雰囲気も良いです。個人的には、ラーメンよりもサイドメニューのセゴドンが好きです。
さすが鹿児島ラーメン王のお店ですね。

７月７日のお昼時に行きました。お店の前には長い行列がありましたがおいしい味を求めて並んで入店順番を待ちました。お店に入るとお冷やとおしぼりがすでに席に準備されていてとても気持ちが良かったです。ラーメン王決定戦で優勝した「開聞岳」というラーメンを注文しいただきましたが，さすがラーメン王，スープをすすり「うまい」と感じました。綿も細麺でスープの味とマッチしてとてもおいしくいただけました。帰り際「おいし...
