Ramen restaurant Komurasaki
A long-standing ramen restaurant which has been in business since 1950. The establishment continues to make use of an open kitchen layout which, at the time it first opened, was quite unusual. The restaurant’s mainstay ramen consists of a rich yet simple broth, a hearty portion of cabbage, and homemade chashu roasted pork made with Berkshire pork raised in Kagoshima. The Berkshire pork chashu rice side dish, likewise made with this tasty chashu, is also popular. The restaurant also offers takeout and mail order ramen using semi-fresh noodles.
