A community-based café. Inside, the café sports a charming and relaxing décor. For its coffee, the café makes use of beans roasted in-house using a unique method which employs lava stone from Sakurajima. The café’s signature light and fluffy “Kiguma” (“yellow bear”) shaved ice, a contrast to the shirokuma (“white bear”) shaved ice so popular in the region, is covered with cut mangoes and mango sauce. Other popular menu selections include moist and chewy pancakes as well as piping hot waffles.

日替わりパスタランチを食べました。スープ、サラダ、ガーリックトースト、パスタ、コーヒー、デザートと品数は多いのですが、量が少ないので女性向けです。コーヒーはとても美味しいでした。

初めはお店の名前のインパクトが強すぎで、どんな感じなのかとても興味がわきました。ガイドブックにもよく載っていて、鹿児島では有名みたいです。
