Soba-ya Tsuki Gocoro is a soba noodle restaurant with hand crafted noodles made from carefully selected hand-ground Japanese soba flour. Try their specialty Genbiki-inaka soba noodles. Their gen-soba (soba made with black-shelled buckwheat) is made with hand-ground flour which overflows with flavor and fragrance, but these are limited. Both their cold and hot soba are delicious but the Genbiki-inaka soba is highly recommended.
